So I was all over Kinki this past week. For those of you who are like "eww, I don't want to hear about Stephanie's sex life" Kinki is a region in Japan. There are a lot of old temples and whatever there, as well as some that were recreated after WWII.
So Yosenex and I headed out by Shinkansen (bullet train) and got there super fast on Sunday. First thing I noticed was how much people were noticing me! Even back in the US I'm used to a certain amount of staring, so the level of people staring at me here in Kanto is not really that jarring for me. Well I have been spoiled, because we all got stared at like CRAZY in Kansai (exempting, of course, where there were a lot of tourists).
