Biwa and the Jail
Jan. 24th, 2006 05:08 pmI'm here at Lake Biwa now. The scenery is great. And there are some cool people here.
Unfortunatly this place is like a beurocratic jail. Kinda like Binghamton. Except with curfews and other weird things. Like for example, the keychain has a little stick on it. That stick goes into a little slot by the door that turns on the electricity. Yes folks, there is no electricity if you don't stick the little thing in the slot. In the orientation video they showed us the computer that keeps track of who is in their room. Big Brother Japanese style, they TELL you he's there, and how he operates.
Presentations began today. I have mine tomorrow. After we do our lesson plan though, our part is basically over until the lectures.
I'll be taking some pictures today. Post them later.
