Woe is me.
Mar. 23rd, 2005 01:29 pmThis just hasn't been my month as far as health goes. Every week there had to be something.
First was a mild cold, followed immediatly by the food poisoning. I'm still traumatized from that experience. I haven't been able to eat at a ramen ya or crepe ya since.
Then there was the concert where my head was smashed in, where I had splitting headaches and I felt like I was in a dream state for a week.
Then I sprained my ankle somewhere. That took 4 days to go away.
Now, I have an inflammation in/next to my spine making it impossible to move quickly or bend and do other "totally take for granted" movements. They told me this will take 7-10 days to heal. There goes my vacation. Bastards!
I'm not letting this stop me. Since it isn't a nervous system problem, that means I have to be careful, sure, but not that I have to stop doing things all together for fear or paralysis. I'm going to enjoy this vacation, dammit!
Grrr.
