I had to share.
Jan. 17th, 2005 07:58 pmI was reading Harry Potter message boards (because I'm obscessed and pathetic), and I came across this in a relationship discussion:
Person A: "Im reeeeally sorry to say but Ron and Hermione ships are way to cliche,and so are Lily and James and the twins and Angelina and Alicia ,and Katie and Oliver are to."
Person B: "Well that's what love is, a big cliche."
Equals: The best comeback ever.
Also it makes me sad that people don't like Luna because "she's a whack-job." Am I a bastard to think those people shouldn't like the Harry Potter books? I mean, Dumbledore is crazy, over half of our favorite characters are crazy. It just seems odd that people would dislike Luna because of that. But people are mean, so oh well.
