The conference is over! It seemed to run smoothly, but to be fair I was only like on the periphery of volunteering so I didn't see if any really big issues came up.
My friend Laura came out for the week too, and it was nice to see her again. It was like she had never left.
I met all the Greeks that came to the conference, and exchanged e-mail with them. One of them told me that my Greek is perfect and that I should pass it on to my kids. I'm sure she was exaggerating, but it was a nice compliment.
Because of all the Documentation advocation going on, it makes me want to do something with my father's island's dialect of Greek. I think it would be interesting to do some work on it.
Getting ready for spring break. It's gonna be awesome! If anyone on here is going to be in the Bay area of California fron next thursday to wednesday, gimme a buzz.
I am still loving Aikido. I think I will continue to do some kind of martial arts from now on.
